This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments and refunds for appointments booked through The Easy Care platform.
1. Appointment Booking
The Easy Care provides a digital platform that allows users to book hospital and doctor appointments online. Appointment booking through the platform is free; however, users are required to pay the consultant fee as determined by the respective hospital or doctor.
2. Refund Eligibility
In such cases, the full amount paid by the patient will be refunded through the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- If the patient cancels the appointment.
- If the patient fails to visit the hospital or misses the appointment (No-show).
- If cancellation is requested after appointment confirmation.
- If consultation services are completed.
- Any change of mind after successful booking.
Except for doctor or hospital rejection, all payments are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed after confirmation of appointment rejection.
- Refunds will be initiated via the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.
5. Platform Responsibility
The Easy Care acts only as a technology platform facilitating appointment booking between patients and healthcare providers. Consultant fees and medical services are managed by the respective hospitals or doctors.

The Easy Care reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be published within the application or website.
